GEM has been appointed by leading Northern Ireland bathroom, heating and tiles merchant, Bassetts, to deliver major fit-out works and refurbishment at the firm’s Portadown head office.
Working closely with Bassetts to ensure the business experiences zero downtime, GEM will carry out the work across three phases to incorporate a trade warehouse, trade counter, and the formation of new offices.
The project will include the installation of new floors, walls, ceilings, windows and door openings, all necessary joinery work and fitting out new furniture. A full design and build and mechanical and electrical installation were also undertaken.
