GEM Interior Contracts has been appointed by leading Northern Ireland recruitment firm, VanRath, to deliver a full fit out of the agency’s new Belfast office, which will be completed in early 2020.
The new corporate head office, which will be located on the 8th floor of Victoria House on Gloucester Street, covers 6,500 sq ft and will feature an open working area, reception area, interview and meeting rooms, staff and client toilets, and canteen and break out areas for staff and clients.
The 12-week project will include a full strip out of the previous office space followed by the fit out to include ceilings, partitions, glazed screens, joinery, flooring and decoration as well as the full electrical and mechanical installations. GEM will also undertake the manufacturing and installation of all bespoke joinery items.
