Leading fashion retailer Arcadia Group has appointed GEM Interior Contracts Ltd. to carry out the works involved in the relocation of its Grafton Street Topman store in Dublin’s city centre to within the existing Topshop premises located on St. Stephen’s Green.
The work will see GEM managing both day and night teams to complete the logistically challenging relocation, which will involve the full strip out of both old and new stores as well as the fitting out of the new rebranded retail offering.
The project which represents a spend of over £100K, will begin in January following the busy Christmas period and will be completed in three weeks.
