Gem Interior Contracts were delighted to be nominated as the preferred principal contractor to provide the interior fit out, including all the M & E services to deliver the new flagship store for Remus Uomo and the incorporated Kaffe O Nordic Coffee Café.
Remus Uomo has invested £500,000 to relocate and upgrade its Belfast flagship from Victoria Square to 16‑22 Arthur Street in Belfast. The new store is approx 5,500 sq ft, over two floors, almost double the size of the former unit.
The flagship store design is described as blending Nordic‑inspired design with Belfast’s industrial heritage giving a modern look with a few select traditional features.
