Prestigious Law firm, Mills Selig have selected GEM Interior Contracts as their preferred contractor to undertake the fit out of their first floor, Belfast city centre offices.
The reception area has a minimalistic white colour palette with contrasting colour tones applied throughout the soft furnishings, doorsets and flooring to offer points of interest. The use of oak wood for the bench seating bases, shelving and fire doors offers a Scandinavian influence to warm up the space.
The modern, bright, open space is given an additional wow factor with the use of an LED ceiling feature, the use of a striking LED lightbox behind the reception desk and LED shadow line detailing around the seating areas.
The introduction of an acoustic meeting booth was a clever addition to the space, with all the required powerpoints to allow a comfortable and functionable introductory meeting area to put prospective clients at ease.
The reception area leads onto a large private meeting area with functional units in soft tones and all the modern Av equipment required to undertake high profile discussions. This meeting space offers full functionality as it can easily be adapted into a dual space with the use of a concealed, folding sub dividing wall.
