GEM Interior Fit Out didn’t pull any punches during the recent fit out of specialist kick boxing gym, 9Round, which opened its first Northern Ireland gym in Belfast, located on the ground floor of one of the City’s newest hotel developments, Grand Central.
Completing within just four weeks, GEM delivered a turnkey fit out, taking the City Centre unit from an empty shell to fully fitted, customer-ready gym, on time and on budget.
Work included fitting ceilings, partitions, a reception area, shower and WC facilities, all electrical and mechanical installations and laying both general and specialist flooring. GEM also completed the fit out of the gym’s specialist equipment which was built and shipped from the US.

9Round is located on Franklin Street, Belfast and is located within the new Grand Central Hotel development. The gym is separate to the hotel and has its own dedicated entrance for members.
