GEM have once again successfully delivered another new store for Bodycare in Glasgow’s Braehead Shopping Centre.
The project, which involved a full fitout of an empty shell unit, included mechanical, electrical and structural steel works.
The GEM on site team encountered many challenges with restricted working conditions in terms of permit requirements, out of hours working, deliveries and waste management. These were successfully managed through meticulous planning prior to commencement of works on site.
