GEM Interior Contracts are successfully developing their relationship with the CastleCourt Shopping Centre Management Team. GEM is proud to be a preferred contractor for the Belfast city centre shopping hub.
GEM initially replaced the escalators within the two-storey complex and as a result were given the opportunity to refurbish the commercial toilet spaces within the complex, compromising of both Female and Male Toilet Blocks, including DDA facilities and a separate Baby Changing Facility.
GEM has completely transformed the spaces, including a full Mechanical and Electrical refurbishment. There are American Walnut sleek, modern cubicle lines, which are accented further by Terrazzo floor tiles, sleek, white urban wall tiles, modern Sanitaryware, Stainless Steel Sensor Taps and Solid Surfacing Top Troughs with clean sharp lines.
