The team at GEM have recently started work on a large retail warehouse for client Laydex NI, at Belfast’s Wildflower Way on Boucher Road. The three-week project will ensure the warehouse is prepped and ready to be leased out.
The refurbishment project will involve stripping out the existing warehouse, fitting new floor finishes, electrical work, and the installation of a new gas heating system.
