Formed in 2016 by Gregory Beggs and Emmett McNaughton, the team has extensive experience in the fit-out sector having worked with some of the best-known brands in the UK and Ireland.

Gregory Beggs
Gregory has almost 30 years experience in the construction industry, serving most of that time within the Fit-Out sector. Over the years Gregory has worked with most of the major high street retailers and luxury brands within UK, Ireland and further afield. He is responsible for the Estimating and Surveying operations of GEM Interior Contracts Ltd, and as such is the first point of contact for many clients. Gregory has forged exceptional relationships with clients over the years, enhanced by his excellent construction knowledge, and thorough understanding of what the client wants to achieve. He recently completed the IOSH certification in managing safely. A First Class Honours graduate from University of Ulster, Gregory is a keen golfer in his spare time.
Emmett McNaughton
Emmett has worked in management and supervisory roles for some of the well known companies within the industry, and his practical experience over the years has enabled him to foresee the unforeseeable and help eliminate any issues before they arise As well as overseeing Health & Safety within the company, Emmett is responsible for all aspects of on site operations, and ensures that all projects are delivered to a superb quality, on time and within budget. Emmett will always ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure client satisfaction. When he is not working, Emmett devotes a lot of time to his local girls Camogie team, where he assists with coaching duties at nights and weekends.
